The Uprising

Let the human revolution begin. In the wake of the Shadow Order incident, Aaron Cooper has led his people into the farthest corners of the Outlands. Together, they've built New Lazarus. A fresh start for humankind. When a Monad civilian transport crashes into the middle of their territory, fresh tensions spark between the two races after decades of relative peace. A young woman, Ava, encounters the survivors of the crash and brings them to New Lazarus. But many at the settlement have grown distrustful of Monads, including Mace, Aaron’s son – who’s grown into a cunning warrior. Tensions boil over when a masked assailant launches a surprise attack against the settlers. With the battle lines drawn, the humans gather their forces to strike back at the heart of the Monad capital with an ancient weapon of mass destruction in tow. As the uprising kicks off, Mace knows he must not fail. If he does, he’ll lose everything: his friends, his family, even his own life.
